The Repair Process

How it works:

  1. Submit the Repair Intake Form: Begin by filling out our online repair intake form to provide us with details about your camera and the issues you’re experiencing.

  2. Receive Mailing Instructions: Shortly after submitting the form, you will receive an email with detailed mailing instructions to send your camera to our shop.

  3. Arrival Notification: Once your camera arrives at our shop, we will notify you via email.

  4. Initial Assessment: After we complete the initial assessment of your camera, you will receive an update detailing our findings and the recommended repair plan.

  5. The Repairs Commence: With your approval we will move forward with the repair and keep you updated along the way.

  6. Repair Completion and Invoice: When the repair is finished, we will email you a detailed invoice outlining all the work performed.

  7. Payment and Return Shipping: Upon receiving your payment, we will promptly ship your camera back to you and provide tracking information for your convenience.

  8. No Repair, No Charge: If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the repair, you will not be charged for the service.
